BulgarianHomeLoans.Com (BHL) is the sister company of Simplicity
Financial Services www.simplicityfinancial.com. Set up in February
2005 Bulgarian Home Loans has since dominated the Bulgarian mortgage
market.
BHL is staffed by 14 UK staff and has a team of 10 staff
in Bulgaria, as of 1st May 2007 we have received over 7,000 enquiries
and submitted over 1,000 applications. Our goal was to become the
best financial solution for foreigners buying property in Bulgaria,
we are delighted that we have achieved this goal, but we will never
rest as plenty of improvements are still required.
We have years
of experience in property investment in the UK, Spain and Bulgaria,
as well as having worked at the highest level in UK financial services.

What we offer:
When we first entered the Bulgarian mortgage market
no Bulgarian bank was offering loans to foreigners,
since then we have negotiated mortgages with 7 Bulgarian
banks and have many more potential solutions being
prepared.
We have built mortgages that fit the needs of foreign buyers as well as the types
of properties that they purchase. We have staged payment mortgages, mortgages
for individuals or ltd companies, non status mortgages as well as providing commercial
lending.
Several of these mortgages are exclusive to Bulgarian
Home Loans.

Finally via www.simplicityfinancial.com we can also offer the full range of UK mortgages. It is often cheaper, quicker and easier for clients to re mortgage their existing UK property in order to finance a purchase in Bulgaria. Basically if a solution exists then we have access to it.
We realise that the most important thing to you is to make sure that property sales go through and that your clients feel confident enough to commit to buying properties in Bulgaria. Depending on volumes we would be willing to pay for your introductions with a fee of approximately 0.25% of the mortgage advance. We will also pay £25 when we receive a Decision in principal on behalf of one of your clients.
