As an Bulgarian Home loans introducer, your are able to utilise our reciprocal Advertising service.If you place the Bulgarian Home loans banner advert on your web site so that clients can be directed to our web site, you are then able to place your logo and 50 words of text on our partners area on this web site.

We operate a paperless office and full customer relationship management program, if we know that you have introduced the client to us then we will make sure that they are logged against your business.
Our charges
It is important that this is profitable for all parties concerned, as so many Bulgarian Mortgage enquiries take months to complete and also the loans often being quite small it is necessary for us to charge a fee.We charge £200 (inc VAT) engagement fee to complete a full consultation and obtain a decision in principal from the appropriate mortgage lender. This will be fully refundable if no appropriate solution is found for the client.
There is £400 (VAT exempt) application fee payable on submission of a full application.
There will be a 0.5% (loan amount) completion fee (min £200) just prior to completion of any mortgage.
Power of Attorney & Apostille service (legalising documents in UK for use overseas) £80 per document.
